1. Introduction

Welcome to Just VPN ("the App"), operated by Mobixoft LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 530-B Harkle Road STE 100, Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our VPN application and services.

3. Service Description

Just VPN is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that provides users with secure and private internet connectivity. The service is available through iOS devices and offers both free and subscription-based premium access.

3.1. Third-Party VPN Infrastructure & Intermediary Role

The VPN network infrastructure — including all VPN servers, IP addresses, encryption tunnels, and network connectivity — is owned, hosted, and operated by an independent third-party VPN infrastructure provider, and not by Mobixoft LLC. Mobixoft LLC acts solely as an intermediary (reseller) that connects you, the user, to this third-party provider's network and facilitates access and billing.

Your VPN connection is established directly between your device and the third-party provider's servers. Accordingly, the underlying VPN service is effectively provided to you by, and the operational relationship for the network exists between you and, that third-party infrastructure provider. Mobixoft LLC is not a party to that relationship beyond its role as an intermediary.

By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that Mobixoft LLC does not own, host, control, or manage the underlying VPN servers or network, and that the performance, availability, routing, security, and conduct of that infrastructure are the responsibility of the third-party provider. Mobixoft LLC makes no warranty regarding, and assumes no responsibility or liability for, the third-party VPN infrastructure.

4. Account Registration and Eligibility

4.1. Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4.2. Device Limitation: One account can be used on one device only.

4.3. No Sharing: Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.

4.4. Account Security: You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Privacy and Security

5.1. Data Collection:

• We maintain minimal logs for service improvement purposes
• No personal data is collected from users
• Connection logs are anonymous and cannot be traced back to individual users
• We do NOT store or log your browsing history, traffic data, or DNS queries

5.2. Ad-Supported Service:

• Free service access requires viewing advertisements
• Ad interactions are managed according to platform guidelines
• Third-party advertisers may collect anonymous usage data

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1. Subscription Plans:

6.2. Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through App Store settings

6.3. Free Access:

• Available with ad viewing requirement
• Limited features compared to premium subscriptions
• No data transfer limits on any plan

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT use the service to:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Distribute malware or spam
• Attempt unauthorized access to networks or systems
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm others
• Distribute illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent the single-device limitation

8. Service Availability and Performance

8.1. We provide access to multiple server locations through our VPN provider.

8.2. Service availability and performance may vary based on:

• Network conditions
• Server load
• Maintenance requirements
• Technical issues

8.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Termination

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service:

• For Terms violations
• For fraudulent activity
• At our discretion if necessary

9.2. Users may terminate their subscription at any time through App Store settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

10.2. We shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Device or system damage
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party actions
• The operation, performance, availability, routing, security, or configuration of the third-party VPN infrastructure (servers, network, IP addresses), which is provided and controlled by an independent third-party provider and not by Mobixoft LLC
• Any acts, omissions, outages, data handling, or logging practices of the third-party VPN infrastructure provider

10.3. As set out in Section 3.1, Mobixoft LLC acts only as an intermediary between you and the independent third-party VPN infrastructure provider. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobixoft LLC disclaims all liability arising out of or relating to the underlying VPN network and infrastructure itself, and any claim regarding that infrastructure lies against the third-party provider rather than Mobixoft LLC.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We may modify these Terms at any time.

11.2. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

11.3. Significant changes will be notified through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our business registration (New Mexico, United States).

13. Acceptance

By using Just VPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
